I had the pleasure of engaging Kerry to assist with an investment
property purchase in June this year.. I was not previously aware
of an independent service of this nature.. I am a convert. During
our property search, my father becomes terminally ill, and thus time
was even more precious. Kerry made it possible for me to continue
my quest at a time where I would have delayed purchase; a thing
best avoided with the rapidly rising market at the time.
Kerry researched several properties, and was able to enquire
re potential development of properties, saving me much time..
I obviously do not expertise in such research, and felt confident
that Kerry covered all bases. Finally on the date of purchase,
Kerry had lined up viewing of four properties, with different agent.
I am certain that Kerry‘s negotiable skills achieved the lowest
purchase price possible! Kerry also helped organize pest inspection,
and was approachable and available for follow up also I have
recommended kerry to my friends and will happily engaged her
expertise again in the future

I tried a number of agents in the area when selling
my unit in Woodridge.. The first one didn’t call me
once until the agency agreement was due for
renewal.. Not one offer, update about enquiries,
or even feedback about the listing price.. Just a
request to renew the agency.
I tried another agent. Better, after trying to talk
me down nearly 20% the day after the listing at
her recommended price, she actually got me
two contracts. But with unqualified buyers who
couldn’t get finance. Total waste of time.
